Wow!!! Amazing event last night guys. I was extremely impressed with the
work you all put into participating in each event. I Never saw one set of eyes
with a look of defeat in them no matter how much difficulty you were having
performing the drills.

Talk about "raising your performance to meet and exceed your expectations"
A special thank you go's out to Steve and his staff at SST for the wonderful job he did putting you
through all those new exercises.
If you are like my Patrick your bodies are all thanking you this morning for
showing them so much respect last night. Some of you may be finding muscles you never knew you had......all good stuff!

Remember to give some thought and effort to bringing out a friend to basketball next week. It is still early into the season and we have room for a couple more quality guys who would love to come out and play ball.

A very special Thank you to Coach Eugene who was not willing to accept "no
basketball" this early into the season and put together an amazing event for us all last night.
We both hope last night was just the beginning of you realizing what your capable of accomplishing with a great attitude and the work ethic to make it happen.
Great Job Huskies!
See you next week. Fast Break.

Hey Guys.....

Figured you might take a moment to stop by the site over the next few months... just wanted you to know how much Coach Eugene and I appreciate all the hard work you put into making this - "The first season of the "Haldimand Huskies High School Boys league" such an amazing success.

We hope that you will reflect on the things we worked on this year and always realize just how much you are capable of accomplishing, not only on the basketball court but in every aspect of your lives. You were born to succeed - you just need to believe it in your hearts!

Then back it up with the work.

We look forward to seeing many of you back next season, where you will be able to help lead a new group of "Huskies" discover what can be achieved as a team. Those of you who are moving on to new challenges remember we will be cheering you on, so keep in touch and take with you our best wishes for success in all your worthwhile endeavours.

Coach Eugene & Coach Wayne

Hey guy's I had a great time playing pickup with you all tonight. You didn't have to carry me off the court so I will consider it a success LOL. don't forget to check out the forbes article on the Yahoo finance page.

Ok now on to very important stuff......your homework for the march break. I think some of these bands tunes would make great warm-up music for the start of basketball. So i would like you to review some of their stuff on YouTube and get back to me ...here you go.

Captain beyond.......very cool .....progressive rock from 1972...song : Thousand days of Yesterday. There is more so feel free to explore.

Next: Starcastle.......neat American band sounding like YES....song.....lady of the lake or Eliptical Seasons.

Last but not least......Gentle Giant.....Freehand. WOW

And for those of you who love killer guitar.....there is nothing better then Jeff Becks Wired.....very nice cut with a cute bass player available on the net. OK have a great break...don't forget to keep up your conditioning and we will see you back on Wednesday March 25th.
